Chanterelle has an outstanding show ring career to back her personal attractions and charms. Chanterell's winnings include: 2011 Futurity Color Champion and 2011 AOBA National & IAO Res. Color Champion.
Chanterelle's sire, MacGyver's Balboa, has produced several Black and Brown AOBA National and Futurity Color Champions. In 2011 Balboa was named the Dark Herd Sire of The Year and Res. Light Herd Sire of the Year. Chanterelle's Dam is Chantelle, who placed 2nd at 2008 Futurity in a large brown class and was sired by Keanu, the son of Mahogany Prince, known for his ability to pass along dense, lustrous flecce, good coverge and excellent substance of bone. Chanterelle has everything it takes to produce a 3rd Generation Color Champion.
